MapSales will accept a returned product in its original and re-sellable condition. The product must be free of any alterations, including staples, tape tracks, pinholes and effect of mounting.

| Custom Wall Maps | back to top | |||

If MapSales makes a mistake during the production of a Custom Wall Map, we will
gladly replace it at no additional cost. However, due to the custom nature of these
products, we cannot accept returns of any other Custom Wall Maps. |

| Damaged Goods | back to top | |||
|
If you receive a product with visible damage, call us immediately. If the damage
is discovered before delivery, refuse it immediately. A replacement will be expedited
and shipped to you as soon as possible. |

| Return Authorization Number (RAN) | back to top | |||

All returns have a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Call your Client Service Representative;
they will process your request.
Any products returned without this number will not be accepted. |
